* 3–5 years of experience in construction procurement
* Strong knowledge of construction materials and vendor management
* Experience in procurement planning, purchase orders, and inventory management
* Excellent negotiation and cost control skills
* Proficiency in MS Excel and documentation
* Ability to coordinate effectively with project sites and stores
