Job Summary
We are looking for an experienced and detail-oriented Accounts Manager with a minimum of 2 years of hands-on experience in accounting and financial management. The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in handling day-to-day accounting operations, compliance, and financial reporting, along with practical working knowledge of Busy accounting software.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage complete accounting operations including billing, receivables, payables, and general ledger
- Maintain accurate financial records and ensure timely bookkeeping
- Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements
- Handle GST filings, TDS, and other statutory compliances
- Reconcile bank statements and manage cash flow effectively
- Coordinate with auditors and ensure proper documentation for audits
- Monitor expenses and suggest cost-control measures
- Maintain inventory records and stock reconciliation (if applicable)
- Ensure compliance with company policies and financial regulations
Requirements
- Minimum 2years of experience in accounting or finance roles
- Strong knowledge of Busy accounting software (2–4 years hands-on experience required)
- Good understanding of GST, TDS, and Indian taxation laws
- Proficiency in MS Excel and financial reporting
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- High attention to detail and accuracy
- Ability to work independently and manage deadlines
Additional Criteria
Candidate must be willing to relocate from Okhla to Ghittorni when required
Preference for candidates who can join immediately or within short notice
