We are looking for an experienced HR Head.The HR Head will be responsible for developing and executing the Human Resources strategy in alignment with the company's business objectives. The role includes talent acquisition, employee engagement, performance management, compensation & benefits, compliance, training & development, workforce planning and organizational culture across corporate offices, sales teams and project sites.
Responsibilities
1. HR Strategy & Leadership
● Develop and implement HR policies, systems and procedures aligned with company goals.
● Act as a strategic business partner to the MD, VP, AVPs and department heads.
● Drive organizational growth through effective manpower planning.
● Establish HR KPIs and monitor departmental performance.
2. Talent Acquisition & Workforce Planning
● Prepare annual manpower plans for all departments.
● Lead recruitment for corporate, sales, marketing, CRM, finance, legal, projects, and site operations.
● Develop talent pipelines for critical leadership and technical positions.
● Ensure timely hiring and onboarding of employees.
3. Performance Management
● Design and implement performance appraisal systems.
● Coordinate goal setting and KPI tracking across departments.
● Conduct performance review meetings with department heads.
● Recommend promotions, transfers and performance improvement plans.
4. Employee Engagement & Retention
● Develop employee engagement initiatives to improve productivity and retention.
● Conduct employee satisfaction surveys and action plans.
● Address employee grievances and disciplinary matters.
● Foster a positive and high-performance work culture.
5. Training & Development
● Identify training needs across departments.
● Develop leadership development programs for managers and AVPs.
● Organize skill enhancement programs for sales, CRM and project teams.
● Monitor training effectiveness and employee growth.
6. Compensation & Benefits
● Design competitive salary structures and incentive plans.
● Manage payroll coordination and employee benefits.
● Conduct salary benchmarking and compensation reviews.
● Ensure accuracy in statutory deductions and employee benefits.
7. Compliance & Legal
● Ensure compliance with all labor laws and statutory requirements.
● Manage PF, ESI, Gratuity, Bonus, Shops & Establishment and other statutory obligations.
● Coordinate with legal and finance teams regarding employment-related matters.
● Maintain employee records and HR documentation.
8. HR Operations
● Oversee attendance, leave management, payroll inputs, and HRMS systems.
● Develop SOPs for HR processes.
● Ensure proper employee documentation and record maintenance. ● Monitor HR budgets and departmental expenditures.
9. Organizational Development
● Drive culture-building initiatives across offices and project sites.
● Support change management and organizational restructuring efforts.
● Build succession planning and leadership development frameworks.
Required Qualifications
● MBA / Master's Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or related field.
● Additional HR certifications preferred.
Experience Required
● 10–15+ years of HR experience.
● Minimum 5 years in a senior HR leadership role.
● Experience in Real Estate, Construction, Infrastructure or related industries preferred.

Pay: ₹50,000.00 - ₹100,000.00 per month
