We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented HR Intern for a 12-week structured program offering hands-on experience across key HR functions.
In the initial phase, you will learn HR fundamentals, company structure and workplace ethics while supporting tasks like employee documentation, attendance tracking and recruitment coordination.
During the operational phase, you will assist in the recruitment process, job postings, candidate screening and basic interviews, along with exposure to attendance management and payroll preparation using Excel.
In the final phase, you will gain insights into performance management, KPI tracking, HR policies and analytics, while developing professional communication and decision-making skills.
By the end of the internship, you will be equipped to handle recruitment, payroll basics and HR documentation, with a strong understanding of HR’s role in organizational success.
