- Sourcing Strategy: Identify potential candidates through job boards, social media, networking, and databases.
- Candidate Assessment: Screen resumes, conduct interviews (phone, video, in-person), and evaluate cultural fit and technical qualifications.
- Stakeholder Management: Collaborate with hiring managers to understand department needs and provide regular updates on hiring progress.
- Offer Management: Extend offers, negotiate salary packages, and facilitate the onboarding process for new hires.
- Pipeline Building: Build and maintain a database of potential talent for future openings.
- Documentation: Maintain accurate records of applicants and recruitment metrics
Experience : 1 year experience needed automobile experience preferred
Pay: ₹10,693.48 - ₹30,167.69 per month
