We are seeking a proactive and customer-focused Customer Relationship Manager (CRM) to build and maintain strong relationships with clients throughout their property-buying journey. The ideal candidate should have 1–3 years of experience in customer relationship management, preferably in the real estate industry.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage customer relationships from booking to possession.
- Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and service requests professionally.
- Coordinate with the Sales, Marketing, Legal, Finance, and Projects teams to ensure timely customer support.
- Maintain accurate customer records in the CRM system.
- Follow up with customers regarding documentation, agreements, payments, and project updates.
- Ensure high customer satisfaction through prompt communication and issue resolution.
- Collect customer feedback and suggest improvements to enhance the customer experience.
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly CRM reports for management.
- Support customer engagement activities, events, and handover processes.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
- 1–3 years of experience in Customer Relationship Management, preferably in real estate.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Tamil.
- Strong interpersonal and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software.
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
