Key Responsibilities
- Gather, analyze, and document business requirements from clients and stakeholders.
- Prepare Business Requirement Documents (BRD), Functional Requirement Documents (FRD), user stories, and process flow diagrams.
- Coordinate with Software Development, UI/UX, QA, and Digital Marketing teams to ensure successful project delivery.
- Analyze existing business processes and recommend improvements for efficiency and growth.
- Monitor project progress and ensure requirements are implemented accurately.
- Work closely with Digital Marketing teams to analyze campaign performance, website analytics, SEO, SEM, social media, and lead generation strategies.
- Prepare reports, dashboards, and business presentations for management.
- Conduct competitor analysis, market research, and customer behavior analysis.
- Support product planning, feature prioritization, and business strategy.
- Identify business opportunities and recommend technology-based solutions.
- Participate in client meetings, requirement gathering sessions, and project demonstrations.
Required Skills
- Strong understanding of SDLC and Agile methodologies.
- Experience in IT Software Projects and Digital Marketing Projects.
- Knowledge of SEO, Google Analytics, Google Ads, Social Media Marketing, and Lead Generation.
- Experience with requirement gathering, documentation, and process mapping.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and project management tools.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Eligibility
- Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, Information Technology, Marketing, or a related field.
- 2+ years of experience as a Business Analyst in IT and Digital Marketing.
- Freshers are not eligible.
Preferred Skills
- Experience working with CRM, ERP, or SaaS-based applications.
- Knowledge of AI-based business solutions is an added advantage.
- Strong documentation and presentation skills.
- Client-facing experience is preferred.
