Job Summary
We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Sales Coordinator to support the sales team by managing customer inquiries, preparing quotations, processing orders, maintaining sales records, and ensuring smooth coordination between customers and internal departments. The ideal candidate should possess excellent communication, coordination, and organizational skills.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate with the sales team and customers to ensure smooth order processing.
- Prepare and send quotations, proposals, and sales-related documents.
- Process customer orders and follow up on deliveries.
- Maintain sales records, customer databases, and MIS reports.
- Handle customer inquiries and provide timely support.
- Coordinate with production, dispatch, accounts, and logistics teams regarding order status.
- Track sales targets and prepare periodic sales performance reports.
- Monitor pending orders, payments, and customer follow-ups.
- Assist in preparing sales presentations and business reports.
- Support the sales team in achieving monthly and annual sales goals.
- Maintain proper documentation of customer communications and transactions.
- Ensure customer satisfaction through effective coordination and prompt issue resolution.
Required Skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong coordination and follow-up abilities.
- Good knowledge of MS Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
- Ability to prepare MIS reports and maintain data accurately.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
- Customer-focused approach with problem-solving capabilities.
- Knowledge of ERP/CRM software will be an added advantage
Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
