Role Overview
Micraft Solutions is hiring highly energetic and sales-focused individuals for the role of Field Sales & Partnerships Consultant Intern.
This role is completely centered around on-ground sales, direct pitching, and partner acquisition. Candidates will actively visit restaurants, cafes, bars, lounges, hotels, and hospitality businesses across Pune to pitch Micraft’s partnership offerings and onboard businesses onto the platform/network.
The role requires confidence, strong communication skills, persuasion ability, and an aggressive sales mindset. Candidates will directly interact with owners, managers, and decision-makers to drive business partnerships and expand Micraft’s hospitality network.

Key Responsibilities
Field Sales & Direct Pitching
- Visit restaurants, cafes, bars, hotels, lounges, and hospitality businesses across Pune
- Directly pitch Micraft’s partnership offerings to business owners and decision-makers
- Explain business benefits, growth opportunities, and partnership advantages
- Conduct face-to-face meetings and business presentations
- Build strong relationships with hospitality businesses
Partner Acquisition & Onboarding
- Identify high-potential hospitality partners and convert them into active partnerships
- Drive end-to-end onboarding and partner acquisition activities
- Maintain consistent follow-ups with interested businesses
- Coordinate onboarding formalities and partner communication
Business Development & Market Expansion
- Expand Micraft’s hospitality partner network across targeted locations
- Research market trends, competitor activity, and partnership opportunities
- Generate leads through field visits, networking, and local outreach
- Help strengthen Micraft’s visibility within the hospitality ecosystem
Sales Reporting & Coordination
- Maintain daily visit reports and sales activity updates
- Track leads, follow-ups, conversions, and onboarding progress
- Coordinate with internal teams regarding partnership requirements and updates
- Support execution of sales and expansion strategies
Eligibility Criteria
- Pursuing or completed MBA/BBA/BCom/PGDM or related business programs
- Strong interest in sales, business development, and partnerships
- Comfortable with field work and direct client interaction
- Confident, target-oriented, and self-driven personality
- Strong communication and persuasion skills
Preferred Candidate Profile
- Strong interpersonal and negotiation abilities
- Confidence in face-to-face pitching and networking
- Ability to communicate professionally with business owners
- Execution-focused mindset with high ownership mentality
- Prior sales/business development experience is an added advantage
