We are looking for an experienced Business Analyst with 3+ years of experience to join our team on a 3 to 6-month contract. The candidate will be responsible for gathering business requirements, analyzing processes, coordinating with stakeholders, and supporting project delivery across business and technology teams.
Gather, analyze, and document business and functional requirements.
Prepare BRDs, FRDs, user stories, use cases, and process flow diagrams.
Conduct stakeholder meetings, workshops, and requirement-gathering sessions.
Translate business requirements into functional specifications for development teams.
Collaborate with Project Managers, Developers, QA teams, and business stakeholders.
Support Agile/Scrum ceremonies and project tracking activities.
Participate in User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and requirement validation.
Identify process improvement opportunities and recommend solutions.
Prepare project documentation, reports, and presentations.
3+ years of experience as a Business Analyst.
Strong understanding of Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC).
Experience in requirement gathering, analysis, and documentation.
Excellent communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
Hands-on experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies.
Proficiency in MS Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Jira, and Confluence.
Ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
Experience in Banking, Financial Services, FinTech, or Digital Transformation projects.
Knowledge of SQL and data analysis.
Exposure to API integrations and business process automation.
Contract Duration: 3 to 6 Months
