Ensure consistency and excellence in food quality, presentation, and timely service for an exceptional dining experience.
Lead, mentor, and train the kitchen team, fostering a culture of continuous learning and professional growth.
Take charge in the absence of the Executive Chef, demonstrating strong leadership and operational expertise.
Manage inventory, stock rotation, and storage practices to optimize resources and maintain quality.
Communicate effectively with management, kitchen staff, and service teams to create a seamless kitchen operation.

Proven experience as a
Head Chef or Executive Chef
in a high-volume restaurant.
Strong leadership and management skills to inspire and motivate a dynamic kitchen team.
Deep knowledge of culinary techniques, food safety, and kitchen best practices.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to foster a collaborative work environment.
Safe Food Handling Certification and adherence to all food safety regulations.

diploma or degree in Culinary Arts
