Abby Draw Design Agency is looking for a motivated and results-driven Business Development Executive (BDE) to drive business growth by identifying new opportunities, acquiring clients, and building long-term relationships. Key Responsibilities
- Generate and qualify new business leads.
- Identify opportunities and convert prospects into clients.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships.
- Conduct client meetings, presentations, and negotiations.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Coordinate with internal teams for smooth project execution.
- Maintain accurate sales records and reports.
Requirements
- 3–4 years of experience in Business Development, Sales, or Client Acquisition.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Proven ability to achieve sales targets.
- Experience in B2B sales and lead generation.
- Self-motivated, proactive, and result-oriented.
