As a Talent Acquisition Sr Analyst – Professional Hiring, you will serve as a trusted talent advisor to business leaders, driving end-to-end recruitment strategies for corporate and professional functions across Finance, HR, IT, Marketing, R&D, Supply Chain, and other business areas.
This role combines strategic consulting, market intelligence, proactive talent sourcing, stakeholder partnership, data-driven decision-making, and operational excellence to deliver an outstanding hiring manager and candidate experience. You will partner closely with Hiring Managers, HR Business Partners, Total Rewards, and cross-functional stakeholders to build diverse, high-quality talent pipelines while ensuring compliance, efficiency, and alignment with PepsiCo's talent strategy.

Strategic Talent Partnership

Serve as a trusted advisor to Hiring Managers and HR Business Partners by translating business priorities into effective recruitment strategies.

Conduct strategic intake and workforce planning discussions to understand business needs, hiring challenges, organizational design, and critical capability requirements.

Provide market intelligence, talent availability insights, salary benchmarking, competitor analysis, and hiring trends to influence recruitment strategies and business decisions.

Challenge hiring assumptions and recommend innovative sourcing and assessment approaches to improve hiring outcomes.

Build strong partnerships with business leaders through proactive communication, transparency, and consultative guidance throughout the hiring lifecycle.
End-to-End Talent Acquisition

Lead the complete recruitment lifecycle from requisition creation through offer acceptance and handoff for onboarding.

Develop customized sourcing strategies that leverage LinkedIn Recruiter, talent mapping, employee referrals, professional networks, industry events, niche job boards, and passive candidate engagement.

Build and maintain proactive talent communities for critical and recurring skill sets to reduce time-to-hire and strengthen future hiring readiness.

Conduct structured behavioral interviews using competency-based interviewing methodologies to assess technical capability, leadership behaviors, and culture add.

Facilitate calibration and debrief discussions with interview panels, providing objective assessments and hiring recommendations.

Partner with Hiring Managers, HR, and Total Rewards to develop competitive offers and successfully negotiate with candidates through offer acceptance.
Candidate Experience & Employer Branding

Talent Intelligence & Data-Driven Recruitment

Utilize recruitment analytics, talent insights, and external labor market intelligence to continuously optimize sourcing strategies and hiring outcomes.

Monitor and improve key recruiting metrics including Time-to-Find, Time-to-Accept, Offer Acceptance Rate, Candidate Experience, Hiring Manager Satisfaction, and Diversity Hiring.

Identify trends, bottlenecks, and opportunities for continuous process improvement through data analysis and reporting.

Support workforce planning initiatives by providing talent market insights and pipeline health metrics.
Operational Excellence & Compliance

Ensure accurate and timely management of requisitions, candidate records, interview documentation, and recruitment activities within the Applicant Tracking System (ATS) and CRM.

Maintain the highest standards of process compliance, data integrity, governance, and documentation throughout the recruitment lifecycle.

Ensure adherence to local employment legislation, global hiring policies, data privacy requirements, and PepsiCo's Diversity, Equity & Inclusion commitments.

Drive consistency, operational excellence, and continuous improvement across recruitment processes and stakeholder interactions.
Qualifications:
- Business Administration, Psychology, or a related discipline. Master's degree or MBA is preferred.

Minimum 9+ years of progressive Talent Acquisition experience, with significant expertise in end-to-end recruitment for corporate/professional hiring within multinational organizations or shared services environments.

Demonstrated experience recruiting across functions such as Finance, Human Resources, Information Technology, Marketing, Supply Chain, Procurement, R&D, Legal, and other corporate functions.

Proven ability to partner with senior business leaders and HR Business Partners, influencing hiring decisions and acting as a trusted talent advisor.

Strong experience managing multiple complex requisitions simultaneously while consistently delivering against hiring priorities and service level expectations.

Expertise in proactive sourcing methodologies, including LinkedIn Recruiter, talent mapping, Boolean search, market research, employee referrals, networking, and passive candidate engagement.

Experience conducting competency-based and behavioral interviews using structured interview frameworks.

Strong negotiation skills with experience managing offer development, compensation discussions, and candidate closing.

Demonstrated ability to leverage recruitment metrics, talent analytics, and labor market intelligence to drive hiring decisions and improve recruitment outcomes.

Hands-on experience with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS), CRM platforms, and recruitment technologies.

Solid understanding of recruitment compliance, employment legislation, diversity, equity and inclusion (DE&I) practices, and ethical hiring standards.

Excellent stakeholder management, communication, influencing, and relationship-building skills with the ability to work effectively across global and cross-functional teams.
