Responsible for processing activities in the Loan operations group(s), would include assisting in the day to day operations. Responsible for ensuring that the day to day process deliverables are met
Major Duties
- Ensures Day to day SLA & Quality parameters are met.

Checklists are prepared and submitted to the supervisor on a daily basis
-
Ability to handle and escalate queries in a timely manner
-
To be involved in creating/ capturing process updates/ workflows pertaining to business & process
-
To provide training sessions to new joiners and existing partners in the team
-
To actively work on identifying and implementing process improvements in consultation with the Supervisor
-
To initiate and be a part team building activities within the team
-
To participate in Audits/ BCP exercises and to help the supervisor
-
To adhere to and work in coherence with Risk/ BCP/ Compliance guidelines.

Responsible for opening Loan accounts and processing maintenance request for Wealth & C&IS Clients.

The position also requires exception resolution.

The position reports to the Team Leader.

Should be able to multitask and handle pressure situation
Knowledge/ Skills
- Excellent written & oral communication skills

Possesses good communication & analytical skills

Proven ability to build strong relationships with partners on site/ across business lines.

A proactive approach to problem solving, taking ownership of issues and having the determination to follow through. Escalate issues as appropriate

Exposure and understanding of Risk, Audit and Compliance factors.

Knowledge on applications like Metavante, reflection 3270 and Northern Image would preferred.
Experience Required
Relevant experience of around 2 years and should be open to working in shifts
