HR Specialist with 3-4 years managing end to end Payroll, Statutory and Compliances for workforce of about 500 employees.
Must Have:
- Good understanding of Payroll Process for Indian market
- understanding of PF and ESI for Blue Collar staff
- Good Knowledge of Labor Codes and Labour Laws
- Shold be adaptable and can take ownership
- Should be able to Co ordinate between diffrent teams and external vendors
Key Skills/ Competencies
- Good Knowledge of Excel
- Ability to work under pressure and Time Management
- Good Communication both written and Verbal
- Ability to co ordinate between diffrent stakeholders
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
