Key Responsibilities:
- Strategic Growth & OEM Expansion: Develop and execute OEM-focused growth strategies, identify new markets and key customers, and convert market insights into actionable business plans.
- Business Development & Key Accounts: Acquire new OEM accounts, deepen relationships with existing customers, and collaborate with engineering to deliver tailored technical solutions.
- Sales Strategy & Performance: Define sales targets, manage pipelines and profitability, and drive initiatives that improve win rates and secure long-term contracts.
- Leadership & Capability Building: Lead and mentor the OEM sales team, strengthening negotiation, strategic selling, and key account management capabilities.
- Customer Partnership & Retention: Serve as a strategic advisor to OEM customers, resolve issues proactively, and build long-term loyalty.
- Pricing & Negotiation: Lead commercial negotiations and support pricing strategies that balance competitiveness with profitability.
- Market Intelligence & Forecasting: Analyze market and competitor trends and deliver accurate forecasts to support strategic decision-making.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Align with marketing, operations, supply chain, and finance to ensure readiness and flawless execution of OEM programs.
Skills:
- Proven experience in OEM sales management, with a successful track record of achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth.
- Strong leadership abilities, with the ability to inspire and motivate a sales team toward achieving excellence.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Strategic thinker with analytical capabilities and a data-driven approach to decision-making.
- Deep understanding of the OEM market, industry trends, and competitive landscape.
- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
Experience: 5-8 Years. Previous experience in Fasteners/ Clamps and Coupling products is preferable.
Education: BE/ BTech in Mechanical/ Production/ Automobile Engineering (Mandatory). MBA is preferable. Should be good in English and Excel skills.
