Typical Requirements
- Education: A diploma, associate degree, or bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Metallurgy, or a related technical field.
- Certifications: Recognized Ultrasonic Testing (UT) Certification (typically ASNT Level II or ISO 9712).
- Technical Skills: Proficiency with UT flaw detection and thickness measurement software, along with the ability to read engineering drawings.
- Soft Skills: High attention to detail, strong analytical problem-solving, and good report-writing skills.
