Job Title: Site QC Technician (Telecom Sites)
Location: Uttarakhand - Project sites

About the Role
Andison Global LLP is hiring a Site QC Technician to check the quality of work done at telecom tower and network sites for our clients NCC . You will visit sites, check that installation work is done correctly, and report any problems.
What You Will Do
- Visit Operational sites and check that all installation work matches the approved plan
- Check earthing pits — confirm correct depth, materials used.
- Check equipment configuration — confirm settings, connections, and knob/switch positions are as per the standard checklist
- Test and confirm signal/network configuration is working properly
- Fill out the QC checklist for every site visited (photos + readings)
- Point out any mistakes to the site team and get them corrected on the same visit, where possible
- Write a short daily/weekly report of sites visited and their QC status
- Report any site that fails QC to the Site Supervisor with clear reasons
- Follow basic safety rules while working near towers, cables, and outdoor equipment
What We Are Looking For
- ITI/Diploma in Electrical, Electronics, or Telecom (or similar)
- 6 month – 2 years of experience working on telecom sites, tower sites, or network installation (freshers with good technical training can also apply)
- Knows how to use an earth resistance tester (megger) and basic hand tools
- Understands basic earthing and grounding work
- Comfortable reading site plans and checklists
- Can use mobile/Excel to fill reports
- Should Own a bike for driving liscense (for site-to-site travel)
- Willing to travel to different sites regularly, including outstation if needed
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
