Company Overview
We are an emerging apparel manufacturing startup, Wearzo Apparels Pvt. Ltd., dedicated to scaling our production and streamlining our financial operations. As we establish our new stitching unit, we are looking for a sharp, hands-on Accountant to take complete ownership of our financial ecosystem.
The Role
We are seeking a proactive professional to manage end-to-end accounting, tax compliance, and factory-level financial tracking. The ideal candidate will be someone who thrives in a startup environment, is tech-savvy with Zoho Books, and has a deep understanding of GST regulations.
Key Responsibilities
- Core Accounting: Maintain books of accounts in Zoho Books, ensuring 100% accuracy in data entry, ledger maintenance, and bank reconciliations.
- GST & Compliance: Handle monthly GSTR-1 and GSTR-3B filings. Ensure timely payment of TDS and maintain compliance with all statutory requirements.
- Factory & Inventory Accounting: Track raw material procurement, work-in-progress (WIP), and finished goods. Manage factory-related expenses, labor payroll, and overhead allocations.
- Financial Reporting: Prepare monthly P&L statements, balance sheets, and MIS reports to help the management make data-driven decisions.
- Audit Readiness: Coordinate with external auditors for year-end audits and ensure all documentation is in order.
Candidate Profile
- Qualification: CA (Chartered Accountant) or CA Inter/Final candidate.
- Experience: 2–5 years of experience, preferably within the manufacturing or apparel sector.
- Software Skills: Expert-level proficiency in Zoho Books is mandatory. Familiarity with inventory management modules is a plus.

- Factory-Ready: Comfortable working in a factory environment and understanding the nuances of production-line accounting.
- Analytical: Ability to spot discrepancies in costs and suggest efficiency improvements.
