Overall Cinema Operations * Manage the complete day-to-day operations of the cinema. * Ensure smooth functioning of all departments, including Box Office, Food & Beverage, Customer Service, Housekeeping, Security, and Maintenance. * Monitor opening and closing procedures of the cinema. #### 2. Team Management * Lead, supervise, and motivate operational staff. * Prepare manpower planning, duty rosters, and shift schedules. * Conduct training programs and performance reviews. * Ensure discipline and adherence to company policies. #### 3. Customer Experience * Maintain high standards of customer service. * Handle customer complaints and escalations effectively. * Ensure a safe, clean, and comfortable environment for guests. * Monitor customer feedback and implement improvement measures. #### 4. Revenue & Sales Management * Achieve revenue targets for ticket sales and concessions. * Monitor occupancy levels and show performance. * Implement promotional activities and marketing campaigns. * Identify opportunities to increase sales and profitability. #### 5. Financial Management * Monitor daily collections and cash handling procedures. * Review revenue reports and operational expenses. * Control costs and reduce wastage. * Ensure proper inventory and stock management. #### 6. Facility & Maintenance Management * Ensure all screens, projectors, sound systems, seating, air conditioning, and other facilities are functioning properly. * Coordinate with vendors and maintenance teams for repairs and preventive maintenance. * Ensure uninterrupted movie screenings. #### 7. Compliance & Safety * Ensure compliance with labour laws, statutory requirements, and company policies. * Maintain fire safety, security, and emergency response procedures. * Conduct regular audits and inspections. #### 8. Reporting & Administration * Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly operational reports. * Coordinate with regional and corporate management. * Maintain records related to attendance, payroll inputs, vendor bills, and statutory compliance. #### 9.
