## Duty Manager – Roles & Responsibilities (Cinema Hall) For Unit Manager
**Experience: 3–5 Years**
### Key Responsibilities
* Manage the overall operations of the cinema during assigned shifts.
* Ensure all movie shows start and end on time without operational issues.
* Supervise front office, ticketing, food & beverage (F&B), housekeeping, security, and projection teams.
* Deliver excellent customer service by resolving guest complaints and ensuring a positive movie experience.
* Monitor staff attendance, grooming, punctuality, and productivity.
* Conduct pre-shift briefings and allocate duties to team members.
* Ensure cleanliness of auditoriums, lobbies, restrooms, and concession counters.
* Monitor concession sales and ensure food safety and hygiene standards are followed.
* Handle cash management, daily collections, refunds, and billing procedures as per company policy.
* Ensure compliance with SOPs, fire safety regulations, health & safety standards, and
