Job Summary
We are seeking a motivated and result-oriented HR Recruiter to manage the end-to-end recruitment process. The ideal candidate will be responsible for sourcing, screening, interviewing, and coordinating with candidates and hiring managers to fulfill organizational hiring requirements. The role requires strong communication skills, the ability to work under deadlines, and expertise in talent acquisition strategies.
Key Responsibilities
- Source candidates through job portals, social media platforms, references, and networking.
- Screen resumes and conduct initial HR interviews.
- Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers.
- Manage the complete recruitment lifecycle from sourcing to onboarding.
- Maintain candidate databases and recruitment trackers.
- Follow up with candidates regarding interview status, offers, and joining dates.
- Negotiate compensation packages and release offer letters.
- Build and maintain a talent pipeline for future hiring needs.
- Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process.
Required Skills
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Experience in recruitment and talent acquisition.
- Knowledge of sourcing techniques and job portals (Naukri, LinkedIn, Indeed, etc.).
- Good negotiation and relationship management skills.
- Ability to work in a target-driven and fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in MS Office and Excel.
Qualification
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Prior experience in recruitment is preferred.
Pay: ₹22,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
