Job Title: Tour Advisor
Job Type: Full-Time (In-Person)
Location: Kolkata
Key Responsibilities
- Contact potential customers using company-provided leads.
- Understand customers' travel preferences, budget, and holiday requirements.
- Recommend suitable customized tour packages for North Bengal & Sikkim.
- Explain package details, pricing, and travel itineraries.
- Convert inquiries into confirmed bookings through effective communication.
- Maintain customer records and follow up with prospective clients.
- Achieve monthly sales targets while ensuring excellent customer service.
Eligibility & Qualifications
- Minimum Graduate in any discipline.
- Postgraduate candidates will be given preference.
- Freshers are welcome to apply.
- Prior experience in telesales, travel sales, or customer service will be an added advantage.
Required Skills
- Good communication skills in Bengali and Hindi.
- Basic computer knowledge.
- Working knowledge of MS Excel.
- Positive attitude and convincing ability.
- Customer-oriented mindset.
- Ability to work in a target-driven environment.
Salary & Benefits
- Salary: ₹7,000 – ₹10,000 per month (Negotiable for deserving candidates)
