Key Responsibilities
- Greet and welcome visitors and clients
- Answer phone calls, transfer calls, and take messages
- Schedule appointments for managers or executives
- Manage the front desk and visitor records
- Handle emails, couriers, and parcels
- Do basic computer work (MS Word, Excel, email)
- Coordinate with staff and manage meeting rooms
- Provide basic customer support and information
Required Skills
- Basic computer knowledge
- Good communication skills (English & Hindi)
- Polite, professional attitude
- Smart appearance and confidence
⏰ Working Hours
- Usually full-time office hours (9 AM–6 PM or 10 AM–7 PM)
Salary (Approx.)
- Fresher: ₹8,000 – ₹10,000 per month
- Experienced: ₹10,000 – ₹12,000+ per month
