We are looking for a creative, detail-oriented, and passionate Content Creator & Social Media Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate should have expertise in creating engaging reels, shooting high-quality videos, editing content, and managing Instagram accounts professionally. A strong sense of aesthetics, creativity, and perfection in content creation is essential.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan, shoot, and edit engaging Instagram Reels and short-form videos.
- Create creative content ideas aligned with brand goals and current trends.
- Handle day-to-day Instagram account management.
- Develop content calendars and posting schedules.
- Capture product, office, and promotional videos/photos.
- Ensure high-quality video production with attention to detail.
- Write engaging captions and coordinate hashtag strategies.
- Monitor social media performance and audience engagement.
- Stay updated with the latest Instagram trends, reels, and viral content formats.
- Coordinate with the marketing team for campaigns and promotions.
Required Skills
- Experience in video shooting and reel creation.
- Proficiency in video editing tools such as CapCut, Premiere Pro, VN, Canva, or similar software.
- Strong understanding of Instagram algorithms and social media trends.
- Excellent creative thinking and content planning skills.
- Good photography and videography skills.
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
- Attention to detail and a perfectionist approach to content quality.
