Online Japanese Language Trainer

IRS Group is looking for qualified Online Japanese Language Trainers to join our expanding language training team. We are seeking passionate educators who can deliver engaging, structured, and interactive online classes to students learning Japanese for higher education, career opportunities, language proficiency, or personal development.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct live online Japanese language classes for students at different proficiency levels.
- Teach reading, writing, listening, and speaking skills using a structured curriculum.
- Prepare lesson plans, study materials, assignments, and assessments.
- Monitor student progress and provide constructive feedback.
- Adapt teaching methods to suit individual learners and small groups.
- Create an engaging and interactive online learning environment.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
- Strong proficiency in the Japanese language.
- JLPT certification (N2 or N1 preferred) or an equivalent academic qualification.
- Prior experience teaching Japanese is preferred.
- Good communication skills in English.
- Comfortable conducting live online classes using platforms such as Zoom or Google Meet.
- Reliable internet connection and a professional teaching setup.
Preferred
- Experience teaching Japanese as a foreign language.
- Familiarity with the JLPT syllabus and examination pattern.
- Experience preparing students for JLPT examinations.
- Knowledge of Japanese culture and business etiquette is an added advantage.
