Job Title: Business Development Executive (BDE) – Logistics / Courier Sales

Salary: Up to ₹80,000 per month

Job Overview:
We are looking for a dynamic and result-driven Business Development Executive to drive sales for logistics and courier services. The ideal candidate should have strong experience in B2B sales within the logistics, courier, or supply chain industry.
Key Responsibilities:
- Generate new business opportunities in logistics and courier services
- Identify and onboard new clients (B2B)
- Develop and maintain strong client relationships
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets
- Conduct market research and identify potential leads
- Negotiate pricing and close deals effectively
- Coordinate with operations team for smooth service delivery
- Prepare sales reports and updates for management
Key Requirements:
- 2–5 years of experience in logistics / courier sales
- Strong network in e-commerce, SMEs, or corporate clients preferred
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets
- Self-motivated and target-driven
- Knowledge of courier pricing, zones, and logistics operations is a plus
Preferred Industry Experience:
- Courier companies (e.g., Blue Dart, DTDC, Delhivery, etc.)
- Logistics / 3PL companies
- E-commerce logistics
Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹80,000.00 per month
