About the Role
We are looking for a skilled and motivated Web Developer with at least 1 year of practical experience in web development. The ideal candidate should have strong hands-on knowledge of modern web technologies and practical experience using AI tools for coding, debugging, optimization, and problem-solving.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop, maintain, and optimize responsive websites and web applications.
- Write clean, scalable, and well-structured code.
- Work on frontend and backend development as required.
- Integrate APIs, databases, and third-party services.
- Identify and resolve bugs, performance issues, and technical problems.
- Ensure websites are responsive, user-friendly, secure, and optimized.
- Collaborate with designers, SEO, digital marketing, and other development teams.
- Use AI-assisted coding tools for code generation, debugging, optimization, refactoring, and development workflows.
- Stay updated with modern web development technologies, frameworks, and AI-powered development tools.
Required Skills
- Minimum 1 year of practical experience in web development.
- Strong knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
- Practical experience with frameworks/libraries such as React.js, Next.js, Vue.js, or similar.
- Knowledge of backend technologies such as Node.js, PHP, Python, or similar.
- Knowledge of databases such as MySQL, MongoDB, PostgreSQL, etc.
- Understanding of REST APIs and third-party API integrations.
- Familiarity with Git/GitHub and version control.
- Good understanding of responsive web design and website performance.
- Practical knowledge of AI-assisted coding is required.
- Ability to use AI tools while understanding, reviewing, testing, and improving AI-generated code.
- Strong debugging and problem-solving skills.
AI Skills – Important
Candidates should have practical experience using AI in their development workflow, including:
- AI-assisted code generation.
- Debugging and fixing code using AI.
- Code optimization and refactoring using AI.
- Using AI for documentation and technical problem-solving.
- Using AI coding assistants effectively instead of simply copying AI-generated code.
