We are seeking an experienced SAP WM Consultant with expertise in Warehouse Management to support a critical retail project. The consultant will be responsible for managing and optimizing warehouse operations using the SAP WM module.
Key expectations from resource : Independently manage implementing any CR /enhancements (self driver) /suggest improvements; preferably with strong knowledge of retail
Lead SAP WM implementations, support, and upgrades for warehouse operations.
Configure SAP WM module to align with business and warehouse requirements.
Collaborate with business and IT teams to gather and analyze warehouse management needs.
Conduct workshops and perform gap analysis to ensure solution alignment.
Support integration between SAP WM and SAP MM, SD modules.
Troubleshoot and resolve SAP WM issues to ensure smooth operations.
Provide end-user training and documentation.
Optimize warehouse processes to improve inventory accuracy and efficiency.
Ensure compliance with warehouse policies and industry best practices.
7+ years of SAP WM experience in implementation and support.
Strong knowledge of SAP WM functionalities including Inventory Management, Storage Bins, Picking, Putaway, Transfer Orders, and Physical Inventory.
Experience customizing SAP WM for retail warehouse operations.
Good understanding of integration with SAP MM and SD modules.
Strong warehouse operations, logistics, and supply chain knowledge.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Retail warehouse experience preferred.
SAP WM certification is a plus.
Familiarity with SAP MM and SD modules.
Exposure to SAP S/4HANA WM is an advantage.
