Job Description: HRIS Integration – Lead Programmer Analyst (Exp: 5 - 8 years)
We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced HRIS Integration as a Lead Programmer Analyst to join our team.
As the HRIS Integration & Reporting Lead, you will play a key role in the global integration of our on-premises SAP-based HR platform (OneHRIS) with (local) HR systems and other non-HR applications across the group. You will also lead data analysis and reporting initiatives, ensuring high-quality insights and system optimization. This role is ideal for someone with a strong technical background in HRIS, a passion for data, and the ability to manage complex projects in a global environment.
- Master’s degree or equivalent experience in HR, IT, or related fields.
- Fluent in English; additional languages are an asset.
- Willingness to travel internationally as needed.
- Passion for digitalisation, automation, and continuous learning.
- 5+ years of experience in HCM cloud platform integrations

Strong knowledge of SAP HR (PA/OM), Oracle Cloud HCM, and SuccessFactors Learning (360L).
- Understanding of HR processes across recruitment, learning, onboarding, and compensation.
- Familiarity with data lakes and cloud-based HRIS platforms.
- Strong knowledge of SQL.
- Proficiency in other technical tools for data processing and analysis.
- Advanced troubleshooting and system configuration skills.
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Project manage and coordinate interfacing projects between OneHRIS and other systems, ensuring smooth data consolidation from local HR systems or direct input mechanisms.
- Demonstrate strong project management skills to oversee the successful deployment and development of interfacing projects.
- Translate business requirements into IT solutions and manage project implementation end-to end. Serve as the lead for reporting topics related to Oracle Cloud HCM, coordinating with the external implementation partner on solution design and implementation.
- Design, analyse, and implement BIP reports across various HR processes (recruitment, learning, onboarding, compensation & benefits, etc.).
- Support data provisioning and API-based reporting for the HR Data Lake.
- Conduct data analysis using SAP HR, SAP BW, SQL-Server, Oracle HCM, and other HR data sources to support business needs.
- Coordinate implementation of new functionalities or changes in SAP OneHRIS.
- Consult with key stakeholders on integrations and reporting requirements to offer optimal solutions
