Job description
New Power Circuits is looking for motivated and skilled Industrial Electricians to join our growing team. The selected candidates will be responsible for installing, testing, commissioning, and maintaining electrical systems in industrial and commercial projects while following company quality and safety standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Install electrical conduit, cable trays, trunking, and raceways.
- Pull, dress, and terminate LT power and control cables.
- Install and wire electrical panels, junction boxes, and distribution boards.
- Perform cable gland installation and cable lug termination.
- Install industrial lighting, power sockets, and electrical accessories.
- Connect and commission motors, sensors, control devices, and field equipment.
- Read and understand electrical drawings, single-line diagrams (SLD), and wiring diagrams.
- Carry out preventive and corrective electrical maintenance.
- Diagnose and rectify electrical faults in industrial equipment.
- Use electrical testing instruments such as multimeters, insulation testers (megger), and clamp meters.
- Ensure compliance with electrical safety standards, PPE requirements, and company safety procedures.
- Maintain good housekeeping and report daily work progress to the Site Engineer or Supervisor.
- Coordinate with supervisors, engineers, and other trades to complete work within project timelines.
- Follow quality standards and ensure installations meet client specifications.
Skills Required
- Knowledge of industrial electrical installations.
- Basic understanding of electrical drawings.
- Cable termination and panel wiring experience.
- Motor wiring and troubleshooting.
- Safe use of electrical tools and testing equipment.
- Teamwork and communication skills.
- Ability to work at industrial project sites.
Preferred Experience
Experience in one or more of the following:
- Factory electrical installations
- Industrial maintenance
- Cable laying projects
- Control panel wiring
- HT/LT electrical works
- Machine installation
- Automation projects (preferred but not mandatory)

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
