Key Responsibilities
- Communicate with clients through email, messaging platforms, and virtual meetings.
- Coordinate and schedule product demonstrations, onboarding sessions, and follow-up discussions.
- Maintain and update operational reports, trackers, and business records using spreadsheets and online tools.
- Provide introductory product walkthroughs and assist clients with basic platform navigation.
- Record and maintain customer interactions, updates, and activity logs within internal systems.
- Monitor client requests and coordinate with relevant departments to ensure timely resolution.
- Support daily administrative and operational activities to improve workflow efficiency.
- Prepare summaries, reports, and documentation related to customer interactions and ongoing activities.
- Ensure accurate data management and timely completion of assigned tasks.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets.
- Ability to draft professional emails and business correspondence.
- Excellent coordination, follow-up, and organizational skills.
- Comfortable conducting virtual presentations and introductory demonstrations.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple responsibilities.
- Quick learner with a positive, solution-oriented mindset.
- Familiarity with Google Workspace tools, including Gmail, Sheets, Docs, and Meet.
Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
