The Gardener and Handyman is responsible for maintaining the appearance, cleanliness, safety, and functionality of company sites. This role involves performing routine gardening, landscaping, minor repairs, preventive maintenance, and general upkeep to ensure all sites remain clean, safe, and well-maintained.
Key Responsibilities
Gardening & Landscaping
- Maintain lawns, gardens, flower beds, shrubs, and trees.
- Water plants and monitor irrigation systems.
- Trim hedges, prune plants, and remove weeds.
- Apply fertilizers, pesticides, and other treatments as required.
- Plant seasonal flowers, shrubs, and trees.
- Keep outdoor areas neat, clean, and visually appealing.
Site Maintenance
- Conduct routine inspections of buildings and outdoor areas.
- Ensure walkways, parking areas, and common spaces are clean and safe.
- Remove litter and dispose of waste appropriately.
- Report major maintenance issues requiring specialist contractors.
- Maintain tools and equipment in good working condition.
- Follow all health, safety, and environmental regulations.
General Responsibilities
- Travel between assigned sites as required.
- Keep maintenance records and report completed work.
- Respond promptly to maintenance requests.
- Support other facilities and maintenance activities when needed.
Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹12,000.00 per month
