### Job Role We are hiring enthusiastic Business Development Executives for our Inside Sales and Academic Counselling team. The candidate will guide students regarding global finance and accounting certifications such as **CMA (USA), CPA (USA), ACCA, EA, and CFA**, while handling leads and driving admissions.
### Key Responsibilities * Handle inbound and outbound calls, WhatsApp, website, webinar, and other leads. * Understand students' educational background and career goals. * Provide career counselling and recommend suitable certification programs. * Explain course details, career opportunities, eligibility, and benefits. * Follow up with prospective students and convert leads into admissions. * Handle objections, negotiations, and achieve monthly sales targets. * Maintain lead details, call notes, follow-ups, and student status in CRM. * Build strong relationships with prospective and enrolled students. * Stay updated on programs, industry opportunities, and competitor offerings. ### Candidate Requirements
* **Experience:** 0–5 Years (Inside Sales, Business Development, Academic Counselling, or EdTech preferred)
* **Education:** Minimum 12th Pass
* **Age:** 18–30 Years
* **Language:** Excellent English communication skills and any one regional language
* Strong interpersonal, convincing, sales, follow-up, and negotiation skills. * Knowledge of CRM tools such as NeoDove, LeadSquared, or Freshsales is an added advantage.
### Salary & Benefits * **Fixed Salary:** ₹2 LPA – ₹4 LPA * **Performance Incentives:** Up to ₹30,000 per month
