Key Responsibilities:
- Operate and monitor reactor machines as per production requirements.
- Ensure proper mixing, heating, cooling, and processing parameters are maintained.
- Follow production batch instructions and SOPs (Standard Operating Procedures).
- Check machine performance and report any abnormalities or breakdowns.
- Monitor temperature, pressure, and process conditions during operation.
- Maintain cleanliness and safety standards in the reactor area.
- Record production data, machine readings, and batch details.
- Coordinate with maintenance and quality teams for smooth operations.
- Ensure raw materials are loaded and processed correctly.
- Follow safety guidelines and use PPE while operating machinery.
Skills Required:
- Knowledge of reactor operation and manufacturing processes.
- Ability to read process parameters and production instructions.
- Basic troubleshooting and machine handling skills.
- Understanding of safety procedures.
- Teamwork and communication skills.
Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
