Hiring: Centre Manager com Soft Skills Trainer
Location :Mayurhunt (Chandwa, Jharkhand)
- Manage the day-to-day operations of the training centre.
- Lead and supervise trainers, mobilization, MIS, and support staff.
- Ensure smooth execution of training programs and batch management.
- Monitor admissions, attendance, documentation, and project compliance.
- Coordinate with placement, mobilization, and operations teams to achieve targets.
- Maintain centre infrastructure, assets, and administrative records.
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly operational reports.
- Graduate with 3-5+ years of experience in training centre operations or skill development projects (DDU-GKY/PMKVY/NSDC preferred).
- Strong leadership, communication, MS Office, and team management skills are essential.
Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
