We are looking for a motivated and organized HR Executive to support our HR operations and help ensure a smooth employee experience.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist with daily HR operations and documentation
- Support recruitment activities, including posting jobs and scheduling interviews
- Coordinate new employee onboarding
- Maintain employee records and update HR systems
- Assist with payroll preparation and attendance management
- Support training and development activities
- Help handle employee queries, policies, and HR procedures
- Ensure compliance with company policies and labour regulations
Requirements:
- MBA in HR
- Previous experience in HR or administrative roles
- Basic understanding of HR functions and labour laws
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong organizational and time-management abilities
- Proficiency in MS Office
- Ability to handle confidential information responsibly
