Assessment, Re-assessment of patients at regular intervals and as on required.
To perform regular examination and close monitoring of the patient.
Conduct counseling of patient& explain the treatment, investigations required.
Communicate with consultant for emergency cases for treatment
Recording and updating Patients medical history with SNDT
Informing change in health condition of patient to consultants
Follow instructions given by consultants
Uphold patient confidentiality and maintain the highest standards of professionalism in my interactions with colleagues, staff and patients.
Counseling of patients and relatives as and when necessary to solve their queries
Take round of post-operative patients and inform to consultants
Attend all emergency calls and OPD Patients if needed.
Participate in CMEs or educational programs conducted by institute
Understand the requirements of NABH Standards and follow the Sops
To participate in the Clinical Audits of the Hospital.
Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
