Job Summary:
We are looking for a skilled and creative Cameraman/Videographer to capture high-quality video content for marketing, promotional activities, events, and social media platforms. The candidate should have a strong understanding of camera operations, framing, lighting, and video production techniques.
Key Responsibilities:
- Operate professional video cameras and related equipment
- Capture high-quality footage for shoots, events, interviews, and promotional content
- Plan camera angles, shots, and lighting setups
- Coordinate with the creative and marketing team during shoots
- Ensure proper audio and video quality during recording
- Set up and manage lighting, microphones, tripods, and other equipment
- Travel to shoot locations when required
- Maintain and handle camera equipment responsibly
- Assist in basic video editing and content creation when needed
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a Cameraman/Videographer or similar role
- Knowledge of camera handling, framing, lighting, and composition
- Familiarity with DSLR/Mirrorless/Professional video cameras
- Basic understanding of video editing software like Adobe Premiere Pro or DaVinci Resolve
- Creative mindset with attention to detail
- Ability to work under deadlines and manage multiple shoots
- Good communication and teamwork skills
Preferred Qualifications:
- Diploma/Degree in Film Making, Media, Mass Communication, or related field
- Experience in real estate, social media, or commercial shoots is a plus
- Knowledge of drone shooting and stabilization equipment is an advantage

Salary:
- Based on experience and skill set
- Performance incentives may be offered
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
