Job Summary
Amzer Infra Projects is seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Quantity Surveyor to join our growing construction team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for cost estimation, quantity take-offs, budgeting, billing, contract administration, and cost control throughout project execution.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare quantity take-offs from drawings and project specifications.
- Estimate project costs, materials, labor, and equipment requirements.
- Prepare BOQs (Bill of Quantities) and cost reports.
- Verify contractor and subcontractor bills and invoices.
- Monitor project budgets and control construction costs.
- Coordinate with project managers, engineers, and site teams.
- Prepare client billing and subcontractor payment certificates.
- Evaluate variations, claims, and change orders.
- Maintain accurate project documentation and records.
- Assist in tendering, procurement, and contract management activities.
