- Assist in the recruitment process, including posting job openings, screening resumes, and scheduling interviews
- Coordinate with candidates and maintain regular communication throughout the hiring process
- Support onboarding activities such as document collection and orientation scheduling
- Maintain and update employee records and HR databases
- Handle basic administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and report preparation
- Ensure confidentiality of sensitive employee information
