Job Title: Key Accounts Manager – Hamleys

ROSADA Baby is a premium kids’ lifestyle brand focused on thoughtfully designed products that combine style, comfort, and functionality. As we expand our retail presence, we are looking for a dynamic professional to manage and strengthen our relationship with Hamleys.
Role Overview:
The Key Accounts Manager will be responsible for managing the Hamleys account end-to-end, ensuring smooth operations, strong brand presence, and consistent sales growth across all Hamleys stores.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the complete Hamleys account, including handling POs, billing, and coordination
- Ensure timely order processing, replenishment, and stock availability
- Oversee visual merchandising and brand presentation at Hamleys gondolas
- Coordinate and manage in-store promoters/staff deployed by ROSADA
- Build and maintain strong relationships with Hamleys store teams and management
- Track sales performance, analyze data, and drive strategies to improve sell-through
- Ensure proper execution of promotions, displays, and brand guidelines
- Handle any operational issues, returns, or escalations efficiently
- Work closely with internal teams (sales, warehouse, marketing) for seamless operations
Requirements:
- 2–5 years of experience in Key Account Management / Modern Trade / Retail
- Experience in handling large retail chains (Hamleys experience is a strong plus)
- Strong understanding of retail operations, merchandising, and inventory management
- Excellent communication, coordination, and relationship-building skills
- Ability to manage multiple stores and drive performance
- Proactive, detail-oriented, and result-driven mindset
