Job Summary:
We are looking for a dynamic and experienced hashtag#OperationsLead to manage and streamline business operations for an hashtag#ERPNext-certified growth partner. The candidate will be responsible for overseeing daily operations, ensuring process efficiency, and driving successful ERP implementation and client delivery.Key Responsibilities:Lead and manage end-to-end operational activitiesOversee hashtag#ERPNext implementation, customization, and support processesCoordinate with clients to understand requirements and ensure timely deliveryOptimize internal workflows and improve operational efficiencyManage team performance, training, and productivityMonitor project timelines, budgets, and deliverablesEnsure client satisfaction and long-term relationship managementKey Requirements:hashtag#MBA in Operations / Business AdministrationHands-on experience with ERP systems (ERPNext preferred)Strong leadership and team management skillsExcellent communication and client-handling abilitiesAbility to multitask and work in a fast-paced environmentStrong analytical and problem-solving skillsPreferred Profile:Experience working with ERP consulting firms or IT servicesPrior exposure to ERPNext implementation lifecycleStrong organizational and decision-making abilitiesIf anyone interested or any reference plz share CV in 9674259134
