Key Responsibilities
- Install, configure, and maintain computer hardware, software, printers, and peripheral devices.
- Provide technical support to employees for hardware, software, email, and network-related issues.
- Monitor and maintain LAN, WAN, Wi-Fi, internet connectivity, and network devices.
- Install, configure, and troubleshoot operating systems and business applications.
- Manage user accounts, passwords, and access permissions.
- Perform regular system updates, backups, and antivirus management.
- Diagnose and resolve IT issues promptly to minimize business disruption.
- Coordinate with external vendors for IT procurement, maintenance, and support.
- Maintain IT asset inventory and documentation.
- Ensure compliance with IT security policies and data protection standards.
- Support the setup of video conferencing systems, projectors, and meeting room technology.
- Assist in implementing new IT systems, software, and infrastructure projects.
- Prepare reports on IT performance, incidents, and asset utilization.

Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- 1–3 years of experience in IT support or system administration (fresh graduates may be considered for junior roles).
- Knowledge of Windows operating systems, Microsoft Office 365, networking concepts, and basic server administration.
- Familiarity with Active Directory, antivirus solutions, and remote support tools is an advantage.
Required Skills

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
