Job Responsibilities
- Handle inbound and outbound travel inquiries
- Sell domestic and international tour packages
- Generate leads through telecalling and marketing activities
- Follow up with prospective customers
- Convert inquiries into confirmed bookings
- Maintain customer records and ensure excellent customer service
Requirements
- Minimum 1 year of experience in the Travel & Tourism Industry (Mandatory)
- Excellent communication and sales skills
- Knowledge of domestic and international holiday packages
- Basic computer proficiency (MS Office & Internet)
- Target-oriented and self-motivated
