Job Overview: We are seeking an experienced BIM Modeller with a strong background in
Mechanical/Civil engineering to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have expertise in
developing #D BIM models and drawing from Revit or equivalent software.. This role offers an
excellent opportunity to work on exciting projects, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and
contribute to the organization’s success through technical excellence.
Roles and Responsibilities:
- Follow BIM execution plan for respective project and adhere to the plan till the completion of
project.
- Prepare 3D models as per LOD definition and extract shop drawings from model for
submission.
- Co-ordinate with BIM engineer and client BIM team for clash report resolutions, online
platform data management.
- Understanding project requirements and prepare related documentation.
- Prepare project related shop drawings for approval, revise the drawing as per design engineer
inputs.
- Ensure timely availability of designs to relevant stakeholders.
- Maintain comprehensive documentation throughout the process.
- Stay updated with evolving codes of practice relevant to the product and system.
- Operate primarily in an office environment, with occasional site visits.
- Demonstrate proficiency in engineering and architectural drawings.
- Excel in 2D and 3D modelling and assembly modelling.
- Possess advanced working knowledge of CAD software, including AutoCAD, Revit,
Navisworks.
Qualifications and Skills:
Educational Background:
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical/Civil Engineering or a related field.
Experience:
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience in Bim Modelling.
Technical Skills:
- Expertise in CAD software such as AutoCAD,Revit, Navisworks.
- Proficiency in 2D/3D modelling.
- Familiarity with architectural and engineering drawings.
Additional Skills:
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Ability to work effectively under pressure and meet deadlines.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
