We are looking for an experienced and proactive HR Manager to oversee and manage all HR functions across our retail pharmacy chain. The candidate will be responsible for recruitment, employee relations, attendance monitoring, compliance, training coordination, performance management, and overall HR operations for multiple branches.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle end-to-end recruitment and onboarding process for stores and Head Office.
- Monitor manpower requirements and coordinate hiring across branches.
- Manage employee attendance, late reports, leave records, and shift coordination.
- Conduct employee induction, engagement activities, and exit interviews.
- Ensure proper implementation of HR policies and company SOPs.
- Maintain employee records, documentation, and HR MIS reports.
- Coordinate with department heads and zonal managers regarding staffing and disciplinary matters.
- Handle employee grievances and workplace conflict resolution.
- Monitor statutory compliance and labor law requirements.
- Support payroll inputs, confirmation process, appraisals, and employee benefits administration.
- Conduct training and performance review follow-ups.
- Ensure smooth communication between management and employees.
- Travel to branches whenever required for HR operations and audits.
Eligibility Criteria
- MBA with HR specialization preferred.
- Minimum 3–5 years of HR experience.
- Experience in retail, pharmacy, healthcare, or multi-branch operations preferred.
- Strong knowledge of recruitment, HR operations, and employee management.
- Good communication and leadership skills.
- Proficiency in MS Excel, MS Office, and HR reporting.
- Ability to handle pressure and manage multiple branches effectively.

Salary
- Based on experience and interview performance.
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
