We are looking for enthusiastic and customer-focused Telecallers to join our BPO team. The candidate will be responsible for making and receiving calls, handling customer inquiries, providing information about products or services, and maintaining professional communication with customers. Key Responsibilities Make outbound calls to customers as per campaign requirements. Answer inbound customer calls and resolve basic queries. Provide accurate information regarding products and services. Maintain records of customer interactions and call outcomes. Follow company scripts and communication guidelines. Escalate complex customer issues to the appropriate team. Achieve daily and monthly calling targets. Ensure a positive customer experience during every interaction. Requirements Good communication skills in English and/or regional languages. Basic computer knowledge. Ability to handle customer conversations professionally.
