Job Summary
We are seeking a proactive Telesales & Customer Support Intern to join our team at Diraaz. This paid internship offers hands-on exposure to sales execution, customer relationship management, and operational workflows within a fast-paced startup environment. The intern will play a key role in managing leads, tracking on-ground sales data, and ensuring a smooth sales feedback loop. This role is ideal for individuals looking to build strong foundational skills in sales, CRM systems, and business operations.
Duties
- Conduct telesales outreach through calls to potential and existing customers
- Manage and maintain lead pipelines, including follow-ups and customer feedback
- Track and compile data from on-ground sales activities and report insights
- Use CRM tools to update, organize, and monitor sales and customer interactions
- Ensure complete lifecycle management of leads (initial contact to closure and feedback)
- Assist in daily operational tasks supporting sales, packaging, and delivery teams
- Coordinate with team members to improve efficiency in sales and operations
Skills
- Strong communication skills (Hindi required, basic English preferred)
- Basic knowledge of Excel / Google Sheets for data tracking
- Familiarity with CRM tools (or willingness to learn quickly)
- Good organizational and data management abilities
- Ability to handle multiple tasks and maintain consistency in follow-ups
- Self-driven attitude with a willingness to take ownership
