Project Role : Infra Tech Support Practitioner
Project Role Description : Provide L1–L2 technical support for infrastructure, systems, and applications in production and development environments, both remotely and onsite, following defined operating models and processes. Act as the primary interface with users/clients to accurately diagnose issues and deliver effective resolutions across infrastructure, operating systems, networks, and application platforms, ensuring service stability and quality support.

Summary:
As an Infra Tech Support Practitioner, you will engage in the ongoing technical support and maintenance of production and development systems and software products. Your typical day will involve addressing technical issues, providing solutions, and ensuring the smooth operation of configured services across various platforms. You will work both remotely and onsite, collaborating with team members to troubleshoot and resolve hardware and software challenges while adhering to defined operating models and processes. Your role will also encompass implementing technology at the operating system level across server and network areas, ensuring that all systems function optimally and efficiently.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Dell EMC SAN Architecture and Design.
- Strong understanding of storage area networks and their configurations.
- Experience with troubleshooting hardware and software issues in server environments.
- Familiarity with operating system-level implementations and configurations.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 2 years of experience in Dell EMC SAN Architecture and Design.
- This position is based at our Bhubaneswar office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
